Dean Mayley: Teenagers Charged With Murder

Dean Mayley was 24 but had a development disorder which meant he had the mental age of a nine-year-old. Police released CCTV footage of Mr Mayley's final bus journey in a bid to find his killers. The two teenage males are due to appear in custody at Willesden Youth Court today.
