Riot deaths probe mishandled - IPCC

Tariq Jahan, who was hailed a hero for calming tensions during the 2011 riots, said he feels he has had a "slap in the face" A criminal investigation into the deaths of three men in the Birmingham riots was mishandled, according to a report by the independent police watchdog, but it is unlikely any officer will face action over the failings.
