Miliband Heads To Scotland For Attack On SNP

Ed Miliband is set to visit Scotland for the first time in his election campaign, where he will claim SNP policy would cause a £7.6bn black hole. Sharing a platform with Scottish Labour leader Jim Murphy and Ed Balls, he will attack SNP plans for full fiscal autonomy for Scotland. Mr Miliband will say: "Full fiscal autonomy will mean a £7.6bn hole in Scotland's finances.
