Man Arrested As Missing Essex Girls Found

The man from the Southend area was arrested after Sammy Clarke, 14, and Siobhan Clarke, 15, were discovered in Westcliff just after 10am. The girls, who are from the Maldon area and are not related, left school early on 1 May to meet up with Kieran Hartley-Anderson, 22. A police spokesman said: "We are also no longer searching for Keiran Hartley-Anderson, 22. "A 22-year-old man from the Southend area has been arrested in connection with this incident.
