A behaviour guru has been appointed to stop low-level classroom disruption that costs children 38 days of education a year, the Education Secretary has announced. Teacher and behaviour expert Tom Bennett will form a task force to develop new training for teachers to help them deal with pupils swinging on chairs, passing notes and making silly comments. Speaking on Sky News, Nicky Morgan said schools should take a zero-tolerance approach to low-level disruption.
