Family's Agony Over Boy's Tragic Car Death

A three-year-old boy from Norfolk is believed to have been killed by a car driven by his own mother. Liam Turner suffered fatal head injuries when he was hit by the car in Adland Road, Carbrooke, on Sunday. He was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital but later died.
