FGM Victims 'In Every Part Of England and Wales'

Women who have undergone female genital mutilation (FGM) are living in "virtually every part of England and Wales", with one borough in London having the highest percentage, a report says. The new figures were released by City University London and human rights organisation Equality Now. The report also says one in 10 girls, or 10.4%, living in the borough were born to mothers who have undergone FGM.
