Teen Drowns On School Rugby Tour In Canada

A teenage boy from a school in southwest London has died while swimming on a rugby tour in Canada. Abdul Jamal Ottun, a year 12 pupil from Wallington County Grammar School, died on Sunday after getting into trouble at Shawnigan Lake School British Columbia. Jonathan Wilden, headmaster of the school in the London borough of Sutton, described Jamal as a keen sportsman and said the boy's family were devastated.
