Two Charged Over Murder Of College Student

Two people have been charged with murdering Susan Whiting, a Walsall college student who had learning difficulties. Steven Beard, 34 of Rowland Avenue, Bentley and Julie Beard, 35 of Heather Close, Dudley Fields, will appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court on Saturday, West Midlands Police said. She was last seen alive on Monday, and her body was discovered a day later in Heather Close, Walsall.
