Female Barrister Calls Lawyer 'Sexist' After His Complimentary Message On Her 'Stunning' LinkedIn Profile Picture

Charlotte Proudman, 27, called out 57-year-old Alexander Carter-Silk on Twitter after he said she would “definitely win the prize for the best Linkedin picture I have seen” in the private message. The partner at international firm Brown Rudnick (above right) claimed he was "delighted to connect” with the human rights lawyer (above left). Ms Proudman, who is studying for a PhD at the University of Cambridge researching female genital mutilation, posted a screengrab of her reply online.
