Kayleigh: Man Charged With Murder And Rape

Stephen Beadman, 28, of George Avenue, Ibstock has been remanded in custody and will appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court on Friday morning. Luke Harlow, 27, also of George Avenue, Ibstock, has been charged with grooming and two counts of sexual activity with a child. Kayleigh was last seen at around 6pm on Friday, 13 November when she was dropped off outside Ibstock Community College in Central Avenue.
