Bailey Gwynne: Suspect Had Knife To Be 'Cool'

A teenager accused of murdering schoolboy Bailey Gwynne told police he did not mean to stab him. The 16-year-old youth, who cannot be named because of his age, said he pulled out a knife to scare Bailey after a confrontation at Cults Academy in Aberdeen last year. He said Bailey had made a comment about someone not wanting to get any fatter and he (the accused) had said "like your mum".
