A survey has warned a decline in the price of farmland across England and Wales is set to continue as Brexit uncertainty hits buyer demand. The report, by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Royal Agricultural University, found 49% of those polled expect prices of all types of farms across England and Wales to fall in the next year. The average cost of farmland per acre fell 2.7% to £10,751 in the first six months to June, down from £11,049 in the latter half of 2015. Read More http://ift.tt/2bhJdmD
