AA Gill 'elated' to get married after cancer diganosis

Restaurant critic AA Gill has been diagnosed with cancer, prompting him to propose to his partner of 23 years, Nicola Formby. The 62-year-old wrote in his column: "I've got an embarrassment of cancer, the full English ... sorry to drop that onto the breakfast table.
