Police should have child sex abuse licences, says Home Secretary

Police officers should have a licence to investigate child sex abuse, the Home Secretary has said. Addressing the College of Policing conference, Amber Rudd described child sex abuse investigations as one of the "most pressing issues" facing police forces.
