Essex village of Jaywick to evacuate from Friday

The village of Jaywick in Essex is to be evacuated due to the threat of flooding, as residents of low-lying areas in Lincolnshire are also told to take action. Police officers are calling at homes to warn Jaywick's 4,665 residents of the evacuation, which will start at 7am on Friday.
