Police investigate shooting reported near Glasgow school

EDINBURGH (Reuters) - Police in Scotland are investigating a reported shooting near a primary school in the Penilee area of Glasgow, a spokesman said on Monday. "Extensive enquiries are ongoing to establish the exact circumstances," the spokesman said, adding that police were patrolling the area and there was no threat to staff, children or anyone else.
